Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: High volume of orders or severe weather conditions may cause slight delays. We will communicate any significant delays directly with you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We proudly ship across India!

  • Standard Delivery: We offer standard shipping on all 3D printers, filaments, and accessories. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Or, if you plan to offer free shipping to beat Amazon, change this to: "We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders!")

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at balajinetwork0827@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Due to the size and weight of 3D printing equipment, we require a physical address for delivery. We cannot ship 3D printers or large filament orders to P.O. Boxes.

Damages During Transit We package all of our machines and materials with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at balajinetwork0827@gmail.com with photos of the damaged box and product. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to make it right.
